She was integral to
key leading accounts and their activity cross high-profile consumer experience events, such as The
SuperBowl, CMA Fest, the iHeart Music Festival, Comic-Con and VidCon. Amongst the countless awards
she assisted the agency in winning, including a Golden Lion at Cannes, her most coveted would be her Gold
Stevie Award for Female Executive of The Year in 2017.
At the agency’s height, Michele led the company’s acquisition by media giant, Condé Nast, where over the
past several years Michele served as Head of Experiential Operations for CNX, the agency of Condé Nast, and most recently as Vice President of New Business, overseeing the luxury travel portfolio. Notably,
she helped deliver the post Hurricane Maria re-opening event of the Ritz Carton Reserve Dorado Beach
property, along with a host of other signature projects across the globe.
Now, as Founder of The Orchard, Michele brings her collective career experience to every project at The
Orchard. Most recently, she had the privilege of leading the core team in the execution of the exclusive,
Grand Reveal of Dubai’s newest icon and the most ultra-luxury experiential resort in the world – Atlantis, The
Royal.
